QUOTATION

THE WOUNDS OF TONGUE CUTS DEEPER THEN THE WOUNDS OF SWORD.
EVERY DOG IS A LION AT HOME.
THEY ALWAYS TALK WHO NEVER THINK.
A STROKE OF A HAMMER EQUALS HUNDRED STROKES OF A CHISEL.
AN EMPTY VESSEL SOUNDS MUCH.
A BLIND CANNOT JUDGE A COLOUR WHAT CAN A COW DO WITH A HOLIDAY.
STILL WATER RUNS DEEP.
SELF HELP IS THE BEST HELP.
ONE SWALLOW DOES NOT MAKE A SUMMER.
DON’T BRING A KNIFE TO A GUN FIGHTER.
A ROTTEN POTATO SPOILS  OTHER  POTATOES.
LIFE IS A LONG LESSON IN  HUMILITY.
WORK WITHOU FAITH AND PRAYER IS LIKE AN ARTIFICIAL FLOWER THAT HAS NO FRAGRANCE.
THE SOUL THAT SUFFERS IS STRONGER THAN THE SOUL THAT REJOICES.
LET US NOT PRAY FOR LIGHTER LOADS BUT FOR STRONGER SHOULDERS.
IT IS BETTER TO LIGHT ONE SMALL CANDLE THAN TO CURSE THE DARKNESS.
GIVE ME A MOTHER  - I WILL GIVE YOU A NATION.
SOME BOOKS ARE TO BE TASTED ,OTHERS SWALLOWED AND FEW TO BE CHEWED AND DIGESTED.
IMAGINATION IS POWERFUL THAN KNOWLEDGE.
A KNOWN DEVIL IS BETTER THAN UNKNOWN GOD.
ALL THAT GLITTERS IS NOT GOLD.
NO GARDEN IS WITHOUT WEEDS.
ONCE A WHORL ALWAYS THE WHORL.
BLOWS WILL ANSWER BLOWS.

HEALTH-DYNAMIC IN NATURE

Health is dynamic in nature. It is not an abstract thing but a relative concept. It is the physical and mental fitness to do socialized daily tasks. It is a personal strength or ability. The state of being hale, sound, or whole, in body, mind, or soul; especially, the state of being free from physical disease or pain. Health is a resource for everyday life, not the object of living. It is a positive concept emphasizing social and personal resources as well as physical capabilities. Health is a dynamic condition resulting from a body's constant adjustment and adaptation in response to stresses and changes in the environment for maintaining an innerequilibrium called  homeostasis. In the medical field, health is commonly defined as an organism's ability to efficiently respond to challenges (stressors) and effectively restore and sustain a "state of balance."

The fullest sense of health is continuously influenced by different external and internal variables such as diet, exercise, tension, etc. For instance,at the beginning of the school hours one may be healthy but after a couple of hours he/she may be sick due to the body’s imbalance with the school environment. Thus, our state of health is not static.
Health is the level of functional and (or) metabolic efficiency of a living being. In human, it is the general condition of a person  in mind, body and spirit, usually meaning to being free from illness, injury or pain   The  WHO defined health in its broader sense in 1946 as "a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity. Health depends partially on the active, passive, and assisted cues people observe and adopt about their own health.
The WHO’s definition indicates about the supreme health state. But it has been criticized as being too broad.A healthy person is defined by WHO can hardly be found in the world. However,it encourages people to achieve positive health.
There are certain factors that continuously influence the health of a person. The more these factors are in favour of an individual, the more he/she goes closer  to the fullest sense of health. In order to have good health,we shouldkeep these conditions in our favour.Health has been a prime concern of humanity since the dawn of history.
In conclusion, the health of a person depends on various factors such as environmental conditions, personal habits, exercise, diet, level of tension, etc. If we maintain balance in the above mentioned variables,we will be able to achieve good health in life.

DIGITAL PHOTOGRAPHY

Digital photography is one of several forms of photography. Digital photography is a form of  photography   that uses an array of light sensitive sensors to capture the image focused by the lens, as opposed to an exposure on light sensitive film. The captured image is then stored as a digital file ready for digital processing ( color  ,  correction, sizing, cropping, etc.), viewing or printing. Practical imaging systems, digital and film, have a limited " dynamic  range": the range of  luminosity that can be reproduced accurately.  Highlights of the subject that are too bright are rendered as white, with no detail;  shadows that are too dark are rendered as black. The loss of detail is not abrupt with film, or in dark shadows with digital sensors: some detail is retained as brightness moves out of the dynamic range. With the acceptable image quality and the other advantages of digital photography (particularly the time pressures of daily newspapers) the majority of professional news photographers capture their images with digital cameras. Some have expressed a concern that changing computer technology may make digital photographs inaccessible in the future. Some professional photographers resist the use of digital cameras because they are poor performers when it comes to speed for multiple shots. Storing an 8MP image takes a lot of time and therefore some applications digital cameras are not currently appropriate. Some commercial photographers have also begun moving to digital technology because of the tremendous editing capabilities now offered on computers. The photographer is able to color-balance and otherwise manipulate the image in ways that traditional  darkroom techniques cannot offer, or are far more laborious in the darkroom. With fully color-balanced systems from the camera to the monitor to the printer, the photographer can now supply, either as a print or as a computer display, what is actually seen on the photographer's screen. Digital photography was used in  astrophotography long before its use by the general public and had almost completely displaced photographic plates by the early 1980s. Digital cameras can take pictures, and may also record sound and video. Digital photography is a form of  photography that uses an array of light sensitive sensors to capture the image focused by the lens, as opposed to an exposure on light sensitive film. The captured image is then stored as a digital file ready for digital processing viewing or printing. Digital images are also created by non-photographic equipment such as  computer tomography scanners and radio – telescopes.

Poetry

Poetry (from the [Greek] 'poiesis'/ποίησις [poieo/ποιεω], a making: a forming, creating, or the art of poetry, or a poem) is a form of literary art in which language is used for its aesthetic and evocative qualities in addition to, or in lieu of, its apparent meaning. Poetry may be written independently, as discrete poems, or may occur in conjunction with other arts, as in poetic drama, hymns, lyrics, or prose poetry. It is published in dedicated magazines
Poetry and discussions of it have a long history. Early attempts to define poetry, such as Aristotle's Poetics, focused on the uses of speech in rhetoric, drama, song, and comedy. Later attempts concentrated on features such as repetition, verse form and rhyme, and emphasized the aesthetics which distinguish poetry from more objectively informative, prosaic forms of writing, such as manifestos, biographies, essays, and novels . From the mid-20th century, poetry has sometimes been more loosely defined as a fundamental creative act using language.Poetry is the feel from the heart to the soul.
